Yeah! Apple had just sent the invitation out to media for the iPhone event slated on 4th October 2011.
The rumor has been confirmed. After waiting and waiting, rumors after rumors, finally, we Apple fans have gotten a solid information on the iPhone 5/iPhone 4S.
Bloomberg reaffirms the rumors that iPhone 5 is coming this September 2011. Based on a source close to Apple, iPhone 5 will pack A5 processor chp, the same used in iPad 2 and a 8MP camera.
iPad 3 with a higher resolution is also in work and is rumored to have the Retina display like iPhone 4. The upcoming iPhone 5 will be running the iOS 5, previously previewed at Apple’s WWDC 2011 event.
This iPhone 5 rumor is getting more substance.
I have read in the Internet that an analyst report from Avian Securities claims that iPhone 5 will not start production until September 2011 which coincides with Apple’s fall music event. This makes sense.
According to a Chinese source, Apple will replace the current glass design with aluminium casing due to problem with scratches on the glass surfaces, difficulties with white paint and the weight of the glass just like the first iPhone’s aluminium back casing.
