A picture of Apple iPad 2 stocks in Tropicana City Mall was taken by someone who was there. The Apple staff there doesn’t want to comment further but this person who took this picture mentioned that selected Apple retail store will have special bundle purchase with screen protector or the Smart Cover on the launch day itself.
This time it’s getting more real. With this screenshot from Machines’ fanpage in Facebook, I can be sure that iPad 2 will be launched in Malaysia on April 29, 2011.
Today is April, 20 2011. And there’s still no news of Apple iPad 2 launch in Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea. What is happening, Apple?
The latest news about iPad 2 from outside of United States is that Apple Store in India showed a link ‘Buy Now’ recently and later has been changed back to ‘Notify Me, causing Appe fanboys in India to have temporary erectile dysfunction. 😛
Yeah. I was looking in the Internet for the launching date of iPad 2 in Singapore when I found out that iPad 2 might be released in Singapore on April 25, 2011.
Previously, Apple has mentioned that iPad 2 will be launched in other international countries, which include Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea somewhere in April 2011 after the launching of iPad 2 in the first 25 countries.
April 2011 will be the month which Apple fanboys and fangirls in Hong Kong, Korea and Singapore will be the happiest. iPad 2 has been confirmed to launch in their countries in the month of April 2011.
The price of iPad 2 in Hong Kong, Korea and Singapore is not confirmed. The launch of iPad 2 in 25 countries (UK, France, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Ireland, Italy and etc) on March 25, 2011 will proceed as planned even though there had been speculation that there might be shortage of iPad 2 due to the earthquake in Japan.
