iPad Mini and iPad 4 or called as iPad with Retina Display by Apple were launched last two days without much fanfare, overshadowed by the launch of the much awaited iPhone 5. This time, we get the latest iPhone later than India. Is Malaysia being marginalized by Apple? 🙁 The official launch date of iPhone 5 in Malaysia is on 14th Dec 2012, just a day before my birthday! *wink wink* Readers, you know what to do right? Get me an iPhone 5 for my birthday and make it a memorable one. Haha *still dreaming* 🙂
Within the first hour of pre-order, Apple has more than 2 millions units of iPhone 5 pre-orderd, breaking its previous record of 1 million units of iPhone 4S pre-ordered during the the first day of pre-order. Last year Apple sold 4 million iPhone 4S and this coming Monday, Apple might be announcing the sales number for iPhone 5.
Today, Asus Malaysia launched the long-awaited Google Nexus 7 tablet at Romanza Le Restaurant, KL. The official price for Google Nexus 7 16GB is RM999. And it’s now available for sale today in all Asus Malaysia authorized dealers nationwide. So far johnkhor.com does not have the list but if any of you bought your unit already, do leave a comment ya.
Finally, the long awaited Google tablet is coming to Malaysia soon. Google Nexus 7 is reputed to be the one of the best Android tablets and the price is very competitive. US$199.
